Approval before a key changes hands, depots you can count, and CLIQ profiles as people groups.
Approval for Very high rooms: a key that opens a room whose protection need is Very high is handed over only after the room's approver says yes. A room with no approver is decided by its responsible person or one of the deputies.
Approval for master keys: a master or grand master key can be marked so that no copy goes out until the owner of its master key system agrees. Assigning a marked key asks why it is needed and reserves the copy until then.
Requests in one place: each person asked on a request answers their own part from the dashboard or from the request. A key's page lists every request for it, with who asked, who agreed and who handed the copy over.
Depots: a depot stands in a room, can be counted against its Keys list to show what is missing or extra, and keeps photos of its safe or key cabinet.
CLIQ profiles: putting a CLIQ Web Manager domain under portierX brings its access profiles in as people groups.
Giving a people group a key that needs approval raises one request for the whole group. Anyone who joins the group later receives their copy on the same yes.
Stricter checks when signing in, signing out and switching organisation.
Access managers and security monitors no longer see an access error on pages their role may open.
