A review step before access is assigned.
Assign Access has a Review step for a person or a people group. There you set when access starts and ends, see which keys need approval, and choose how each key is handed over before you assign.
You can choose the copy each person receives, or note that a person waits for one.
Assign Access no longer proposes a master key as the best fit for a small request.

Return reminders for keys, retention you set yourself, and requests on the dashboard.
Key reminders: under Settings › Notifications an organisation admin sets the emails portierX sends before, on and after a key's return date, and who hears when a key is still not back. Everyone can switch off the reminders their organisation allows, under Account in their own menu.
Retention: under Settings › Data Protection an organisation admin sets how long the audit log and a deleted person's details are kept. portierX removes them each night once that time has passed.
Requests on the dashboard: an approver sees the requests waiting for them, and requests have a page of their own.
Handover receipts: Reports lists every handover receipt in the organisation, and the incident report gains a search box.
Choosing a key in Assign Access shows which copy goes out and the depot that keeps it, and lists every approval in one place.
The Spaces list shows who decides for each Very high space, and Very high appears as a coloured badge on every page.
Group members load faster in large organisations, 13 ms instead of 150 ms for a page of 20 groups on a test platform with 226,000 memberships.
An email the mail server refuses no longer holds up the emails after it.

Approval before a key changes hands, depots you can count, and CLIQ profiles as people groups.
Approval for Very high rooms: a key that opens a room whose protection need is Very high is handed over only after the room's approver says yes. A room with no approver is decided by its responsible person or one of the deputies.
Approval for master keys: a master or grand master key can be marked so that no copy goes out until the owner of its master key system agrees. Assigning a marked key asks why it is needed and reserves the copy until then.
Requests in one place: each person asked on a request answers their own part from the dashboard or from the request. A key's page lists every request for it, with who asked, who agreed and who handed the copy over.
Depots: a depot stands in a room, can be counted against its Keys list to show what is missing or extra, and keeps photos of its safe or key cabinet.
CLIQ profiles: putting a CLIQ Web Manager domain under portierX brings its access profiles in as people groups.
Giving a people group a key that needs approval raises one request for the whole group. Anyone who joins the group later receives their copy on the same yes.
Stricter checks when signing in, signing out and switching organisation.
Access managers and security monitors no longer see an access error on pages their role may open.

Staff records from your HR system, merging people who appear twice, and roles of your own.
HR systems: portierX imports the staff file your HR system leaves in a folder each morning. Each run appears in the connection's Sync Log with the people it names. Leaving dates and moves beyond your Daily limit wait for an admin to apply or discard them.
Merging people: two records of the same person are compared side by side and merged into one. A merge can be undone.
Custom roles: build roles of your own, give them to users under Settings › User, and deactivate a role you no longer need without losing what it did.
Special cases: record a key or card as a documented special case, and filter the credential list by it.
The dashboard opens on the places you are responsible for or stand in for, and lists every place with nobody responsible or no deputy. Location and building pages show both, with a button to name someone.
The people import shows every change before you apply it, and checks your file as soon as you choose it.
The interface is in German throughout, the audit log included.
People spreadsheets with a date typed as text, or exactly 4 MB in size, import as they should.
